Shape tool problem after 2

Starting with 22.0.1 update I've started having trouble with the shape tool.  If I change an image size after placing a shape on my image.  The shape no longer changes size with the rest of the image, where it used to before.  I have also notice with this update (or perhaps the one before this one), the operation of the shape tool changed.   If you changed the line weight of a line, the arrowhead changed in proportion.  That no longer works, and you have to manually change the arrowhead dimensions under the settings tab.  How do I communicate that I preferred the way the old version to Adobe?
