Sharpen blurry photos with AI?

Is it possible to use the AI features to sharpen a blurry / poor quality photo?

I read that such a thing is possible in Lightroom, but I have no experience in it.

Is it possible in photoshop?

If you are familiar to Lightrooom, Camera Raw works exactly as the Lightroom developpment module. You can use it as a filter on a smart object.

Alternatively the photoshop neural filters features an artefact suppression filter and they are currently working on an other noise removal filter.

I don’t think so, at least not in the way you might imagine.

What are you trying to achieve? How frequently do you have to work with unfit images?

Have you looked into specialized applications for the task?
