Similar images in different windows printing out different colors - Photoshop

I scanned 3 different decals that are the same color to edit the size and print and have them open in 3 different windows in Photoshop. The first decal prints out perfect, the other 2 are printing out too dark. The colors all look the same on the screen so why aren't they printing the same? It's not the printer because if so then all 3 images would print out too dark....

Nevermind my bad, the colors came out slightly different depending on where they are placed in my scanner when I scanned them. The difference doesn't show up much until I print it out

I would start by making sure that all three images were saved in the same color space. In photoshop you click on the image file and type Command or Control and the letter I. are they all sRGB? And are they all the same resolution?
