Since New Update It takes forever to save a file.

What in the world Adobe, I swear the problems just keep getting worse and worse. Ever since I updated to the new update for Catalina it takes forever to save a Photoshop file. It doesn't matter if its a jpg, png or whatever. I get the spinning wheel and it just spins and spins, I check the finder and says Photoshop is not responding. 5 minutes later the screen will finally pull up to where I can save. I've never had this issue until the update. Do Adobe and Apple do any testing before they release this stuff? Anyone else having these same issues?
