Since updating photoshop, I am not able to open files in Photoshop

Question

I have recently updated to the newest Photoshop (2021 maybe). Now when I am in Photoshop, I cannot open any of my files. I get a message saying "Could not complete your request because of a program error". Anyone else having this problem? I really need it fixed ASAP!
