Question

Skin Smoothing not working with GPU enabled

When I choose the Skin Smoothing in Neural Filters, it tells me No faces were detected for this image when I have Use Graphics Processor enabled in Performance settings. If I uncheck the GPU, the Skin Smoothing works  and faces are detected. I'm on a Windows 11 powered by a Ryzen9 5900X CPU, a Radeon RX 6700 XT GPU and everything seems good when I do the GPU compatibility check in Photoshop.

Using Photoshop v.23.4.2 with Camera RAW 14.4.1.1122.

Hi @Ailarian ,

Do you know if you have the latest drivers for your GPU? Just want to make sure.

Hi,

Yes, I have made sure I have everything updated both through Windows 11 driver updates and AMD Adrenalin updates.
