Sky Replacement in 360°-panorama

The sky replacement function is great for normal photos. Still it does not work with 360°-panos. There is always an edge in the pano because ps does not use any projection and treats the 360° photo as a flat image. Is ther any plan to work on this or does anyone know a workaround?

    It is ridiculous to my mind, I pay a fortune for my Adobe subscription but cannot get any support from them for 360 panos, have to use other software and pay again. A massive void in Adobe support, 360 images and 360 image producers deserve at least some support from Adobe.

    Genius Idea.  

    Would love the ability to do this for virtual tours in real estate.  It's always raining where I live.  I googled how to do this and came across this; apparently we can't.
