Slice in Batch while preserving folder structure

in photoshop, I recored an action which is like this
1. sliced image into 2 parts
2. saved each part in png using save for web dialog box
3. stopped recording

is there any way to run this action to batch process images while preserving folder structure in the destination folder(having sub-folders) same as the source folder. Currently, when I run this action, all images are getting saved in a folder "images"(created by Photoshop)
