Slow until reboot.

I have been fighting this problem for eight months, at least. After a computer reboot, Photoshop CC2021 launches in about 5-6 seconds and all is well. But every launch after that gets slower and slower until maybe three or four days later, Photoshop becomes so slow as to be almost unusable and sometimes fails to launch at all. I recently downloaded Lightroom Classic and when PS slows down, so does Lightroom so it may be an Adobe problem rather than one program. Adobe Bridge also slows, and I sometimes get the message Bridge Is Not Responding. The problem didn’t start with CC2021, earlier versions had the same curse. I should mention that I never get any CPU warning.

I have tried every suggestion I could find on the forums to fix this problem but to no avail. Yes, I could reboot every day, but there has to be an answer to this.

Dell desktop, Windows 10, 1TB SSD, 32GB RAM.
