Question

Slowness of Photoshop CC after upgrade

Sorry but my english is bad.

There is my configuration :

Mac Pro (mi-2012)

Processeur 3,2GHz Quad-core intel Xeon

RAM 16 Go 1066 MHz

Carte graphique ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024 Mo

Hard disk SSD Samsung pro 500 Go  OSX 10.13.6 (High Sierra)

Since the two last upgrades, Photoshop CC has became very slow (loading of Photoshop, loading files, loading files from Lightroom Classic)

But also and especially when I ask for one action (adjustment of level for example), the colored disk turns a very very long time before the action asked become susceptible to be used.

My Mac Pro has been seen by « iConcert » (Premium reseller Apple) and it is OK.

I have followed the iConcept’s advice :

- I have changed the two data intern hard disks which was « tired » (Seagate Barracuda 1 To)

- I have formatted the hard disk SSD + new install of OS X 10.13.6 (High Sierra)

After new install of Photoshop CC and Lightroom Classic, the problem remains. Photoshop is always so much slow.

The other softwares are turning normally.

Could you help me ?

Great thanks.

André
