Sluggish after update to 25.7

I changed the remove tool preference to more stable and that seems to do the trick. I also updated the GPU. Everything seems fine now. Thank you!

Install the Studio version rather than the Game Ready one, when installing go to Custom (Advanced) and then select Perform a Clean Installation

@magicdow not seeing the issue here on my system with Photoshop version 25.7, have you tried manually resetting your Photoshop preferences
