Question

Smart object

I am fairly new to photoshop and have been trying to figure out the smart object functions.

I have made a picture of a jar with a label on it, and i have about 90 different variations of labels i want on that jar. I figured out how to make a smart object and scale/warp my label around the jar and it looks really good.

I know i can do it one by one by scaling and warping every label design on the jar.

But... i was curious if there is an easy way for my other 89 variations of label to be placed in that exact possition (scale and warp) on the jar

If someone knows how to do it please let me know! 😄

You can use the replace feature for smart objects. To have it work best, all the images should be the same size.

Thank you for the quick reply!

I tried the "replace content" feature but then it comes in with a different size and not in the same position and warp as i had the last label in.

Do you know how to get it in the same scale, position and warp?

That why I mentioned that the images need to be the same size. You should size all your replacement images the same.
