Smart object cropping problem

Hi all,

Anyone know why this behaviour has changed over the weekend?

So open your main base file and drag in your smart content, this is a rendered png for me being overlaid onto a photo, turn this into a smart object in the file, now that's fine.

Now go to update that image at a later date by double clicking the smart object and you now get a cropped png, so the size is different and you can't just drag and drop your new image into this one.

This was working fine last week.
