Smart Portrait in Neural Filters not working

Everytime I try and use any of the features in Smart Portrait... I get an error message that states "We've temporarily disabled this filter because of an error."  I'm up to date on PS.  I just used it last week with no issues again this morning and then all of a sudden I can't use on any of my computers.  Help!

    Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Use Graphics Processor. Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?

     

    It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
