Smart Portrait Neural filter not working again
Others seem to work. When I load Smart Portrait, it runs online for about 8% then hangs for a while then gives an error that Smart Portrait has been turned off because it's not working. When I launch Neural filters the others appear to work fine. If this one is run, the remainder fail to work although they don't error.
I've rebooted, check the installation, saw a new version was available, 23.5.1, updated, rebooted, ran it again and I still get the same thing.
Additionally, Photoshop.exe doesn't exit fully when I close it. I close it, then the next time I open it, nothing happens. I go into task manager and I see two processes open for Photoshop.exe. If I launch a 3rd time, another appears. But the program never comes up.
To make it even more strange, the broken neural filter worked yesterday. I downgraded from Win11 back to Win10. I launched photoshop a few hours later to edit two photos. Smart Portrait worked fine. An hour later I launched again for another 3 photos. It worked on the first. It was the second image - same size, format, source, etc when it quit working. After that it will not work for any photo. This appears to be the only problem. I'm uncertain if maybe an update ran in between but nothing else changed so that is a possibility.
