Смена единиц измерения

При смене единиц измерения с дюймов на сантиметры в Фотошопе СС 2019 пишется, что они вступят в силу "при перезагрузке Фотошопа"! И вот как этого добиться???

Are you trying to change the measurements in the rulers? or are you trying to change the overall measurements in Preferrences?

При смене единиц измерения вы не должны получать такое сообщение.
Оно может говорить о том, что каталог пользовательских настроек защищен от записи, либо вы не имеете достаточных прав доступа к нему.

    If you want simply to change measurement unit of View > Ruler then right click on Ruler to bring pop-up with units listed and choose one of available units. Thats it, no restart required.
