Smooth Blur won't work

Hi!

I have this issue, I want to use the filter "Desenfoque Suavizado" which I belive it translates in "smooth blur" but for some reason I just can't use it, pls help :c

I'm with @Michael J. Hoffman on this one. You're probably in 16-bit mode.

    Is your image in 16 bit mode? Many filters work only on 8 bit images.

     

    Since this is a Photoshop question (not Photoshop for Mobile) I'll move this to the correct forum.
