[Smudge Tool] Brush spacing not working properly when scattering is enabled

When I used the Smudge Tool, I found that scattering was lagging, so I tried to adjust the spacing option in the brush settings. However, no matter if I set it to 1% or 1000%, nothing changed. Only when I completely disabled spacing did the behavior change, and it became faster. This issue only occurred with the Smudge Tool. I need to use scattering, but even when spacing is set to 1000%, scattering is still very lagging.
