Smudge tool disappeared on Photoshop, hours trying to find it.

Short ask: where is the smudge tool on Photoshop, it was always there but now it has vanished + another weird starfish took it's place.  Frustrating so will just close down till Monday when the  tech help is back.

    In photoshop go to Edit>Toolbar and click Restore Defaults then click Done
