something went wrong and content credentials (beta) isn't available

When you try to use the content credentials (beta) function, you get a warning window called [Something lent wrong and content credentials (beta) isn't available] and the menu does not appear. What's the problem?

Does this happen all the time? Some of the time?

 

You might be expoiting a bug. Since Content Credentials is in beta, it's a possibility. If you can reliably repro the bug, consider filing a bug report:

(I've tried to repro but cannot on my Windows 10 system.)
