Špatné připojení k internetu

Dobrý den,

při použití generativního rozšíření mi ADOBE PHOTOSHOP píše, že nejsem připojen k internetu, i když jsem. Jak tento problém prosím vyřešit?

@Simon38361467pe9t Check your firewall settings (or Windows Defender) to make sure Adobe Firefly and Photoshop are allowed access. If you are also on wifi - check to make sure you are connecting at 5 ghz and not dual band or 2.4 ghz.
