Spinning blue circle

I bought photoshop today and spent 6 hours trying to download it but it kept getting stuck after the creative cloud (which i didnt want but was not given a choice) downloaded. The screen said sign in or create an account but the blue circle kept spinning.  I tried numerous 'fixes' from the internet to no avail. I got a refund. So frustrating.
