I just installed this filter CC 2019 MacOS. How do you download photos? I don't think it works with 2019 CC Mac? Am I missing something? Thanks.

I did not find a filter by that name. There seems to be some extension by that name look like span to me. Can not find a review of it even one the web.

I've not used that extension but you may want to check Photoshop Preferences > Plug-Ins for this :
