Spot Healing Brush suddenly not working correctly PS 22.0.1

MacOS Big Sur. Photoshop 22.0.1

Since the update my spot healing brush is not working correctly, it is just showing a black mark until I move the image then the 'heal' is shown. It's super irritating as I have to move the image every time I spot heal to see the result. Any ideas?

Thanks, that did the trick. Just a pain to have to set everythin up again the way I like it.
