Spot Healing Tool Issue

Hi All

 

Both myself and my assistant are using the latest version of PS, we have the same settings on the spot healing tool but on her one, there is a ring around the black centre dot and mine is a solid dot.  

 

When spot removing something, for example chicken pox scar, her's leaves a circle, it's a sold action, whereas mine will blend it.  I've checked the hardness etc.  Any idea why they look different, and how to I get her tool to look like mine (solid).  

 

Hardness 100% Sapcing 25% on both

Thank you, her one, was one segment after normal and mine on normal.  Seems to have solved it.  Thanks so much.
