I'm Installing Spyder 5 Pro screen calibrator. The software asks me to remove Adobe Gamma because it may conflict with Spyder 5 Pro. Can I remove Gamma? How?

Will it compromise my Photoshop CC package?

Adobe Gamma was a primitive visual calibration utility, included in Photoshop up to version 7.0 or so. It has no relevance today (and wouldn't work on modern OSes anyway).

There must be some leftover, orphaned component on your system that is picked up by the Spyder installer. It certainly has nothing to do with any new Photoshop version.

Look for the shortcut in your All Programs\Startup folder and remove it.
