Stamp filter is not working correctly

I want to make a Photocopy effect with Grain, and Stamp filters in the filter gallery, but the stamp filter is not working like it should.

    Put the Grain on top of the Stamp.

    @29816290 Can you explain in more detail what exactly isnt working with the Stamp layer? The effect looks correct - it seems to be applying to either a masked portion of your layer or a selection.
