포토샵 저장 중 컴퓨터 재부팅 시작

윈도우10 64bit 사용중이며 어도비 cc플랜 사용중입니다.

어도비코리아에 아직 기술지원팀이 없는건 알지만
너무 특이한 사항이라 이벤트뷰어 오류정보와 함께 문의합니다.
포토샵 2020사용시 저장하면 컴퓨터가 강제 재부팅됩니다.

이러한 사례가 보고된 바 있는지 여부와

단순하게 모두 지우고 재설치 하는 방법 외
첨부한 메인보드, 파워, 메모리, 그래픽카드, 윈도우10과
어도비 프로그램의 충돌여부 등을 복합적으로 봐야 할 것 같습니다.

I am using Windows 10 64bit and I am using Adobe cc Plan.

I know that Adobe Korea doesn't have a technical support team yet.
It's too unusual, so contact with the event viewer error information.
When using Photoshop 2020, the computer will be forced to reboot when saved.
