Startup Error (0xc0000142) After Photoshop 25.9 Update

Following the recent update to Photoshop version 25.9, I am encountering the same Startup Error (0xc0000142) that many users experienced during the Photoshop beta phase. There is no indication that my device does not meet the system requirements for Photoshop 25.9.

    In the meantime, you can revert to back to version 25.7
