Ich verwende Photoschop CS4 und würde gerne wissen ob das mit einem Wacom Stifttablet funktioniert.

It does, but I've not tried CS4 with current Wacom tablet drivers.You may need to install an older driver build to be compatible with the age of CS4.

The earliest Wacom drivers only go back to 2019. You can start with that and see if it works, if not follow @jane-e 's advice and reach out to Wacom to see if they can give you a download to an even older version.
