Still getting Program Error message with latest version

Still getting the Program Error message that I got with the previous update 22.1.1 with this newest update 22.2. I've uninstalled and reinstalled an earlier version that works properly. Anyone know when they plan on fixing this problem????

When reinstalling, make sure to not choose to keep the previous preferences just in case that is the issue.

Also, you can try using the CC Cleaner tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset_preferences

Dusabling ( Use Grphic Processor ) from Preferences> Performance , may help you.
