Stop system fonts showing in photoshop font list

My PS font list is a mess due to system/foreign fonts

These fonts cannot be disabled in OS X font book, is there a solution?

There is not a way to fix this at present. I'm not sure if a font manager besides Font Book can disable these fonts.

What I do is mark the ones I want to see (most of them) as a favorite. Then it's easy to toggle favorites on and off should you need to see the entire list.
