Question

Strange darken overlay in 3D module with 360 panoramas

I have a problem with tiff files when I opened them in 3D modul for editing 360 spheres images.

So first its darken image than regular and if I export from tiff to jpeg, a new exported jpeg file is darkened. Also if I use a clone tool or spot healing brush I got darken spots over my edit spots.

If I upload the same images but jpeg those problems I don't have so I can work with all settings and tools without problem I mentioned above. I can work, edit, and export as a 360 and everything is fine.

The first tip I'll give you is work on layers build a patch for  the area you want to heal.   Do not work on your 3D layer that is asking for problems it very destructive. When you are satisfied with the patch you built up  then its time  to blend in your patchwork and export you 360 pano.

So start over add and empty layer on top or create layers on top and start building up a good patch. Add as many layer on top as you need it may be easier to just select tiles  do a Ctrl+j and position the tile layer Ctrl+j creates. Do not make the job harder than it is.

Thanks for your replay.
This screenshot is flat Image from tghe 360 spere, and in regular Way it Looks distorted, so if you ever work with 360 sphere flat 2:1 images you know that's impossible.
My question is about problem with ps not with my knowledge or skills I have. Problem is when I upload tiff it's over grade and darker when I upload same jpeg image it's correct colors and no gradings. So when I export tiff I got under exposure grade photo.

That's my problem not how I can work with layers
thanks again!

It looks great to me.  I open the 360 pano in PS.  Imported into 3d Spherical wiewer  position the hole to the center  and patched the hole then exported the 360 pano the patched 360 pano look great to my old eyes anway. Sorry it it wrong for your eye. I do not work with Tiff files I do have any.  Photoshop is not a  file editor it edit Photoshop documents it a pixel editor  where do you see what I did is all wrong???

To me it look like you have an installation problem I do not get garbage black round areas. For the most part Photoshop  work well.  But Photoshop has many little problems here and there.
