strange images on homepage in PS

See attached images. These appeared, along with uploaded images, on the "home" section of PS. I cannot delete them. Any ideas?

That's your Start/Home Screen's file history. You can't delete those.

If they bother you, go to Preferences > General and disable the Home Screen.

Restart Photoshop.
