Strange line appearing when drawing with Wacom

I don't draw the line it appears itself when i draw something  cross "the line"i use wacom to draw i checked whether its my wacom problem or not but its not i tried using mouse did the same things and the line still wont disappear

That's so weird.  Whenever I had issues like that, it was due to some bug on my Wacom tablet.  But if you're having trouble with the mouse too, that really makes it odd. Is there any way to record this issue?

We're sorry to hear about this, as there is a line appearing could you please let us know if it happens when you draw with a mouse instead?

Also, which exact version of Photoshop you're working on and which operating system are you using?
