Strangly large files saving from Photoshop

Not sure what is going on here!

Saving to Google Drive:

Saving the same file to the Desktop:

Adobe Illustrator / Adobe XD don't have this issue. They save the same file size anywhere.

I have seen users have different issues when using a cloud sync folder.

I personally would avoid saving directly to such a directory (GoogleDrive, DropBox, OneDrive etc).

You can always set up automation in Photoshop or at the OS level to move files from one location to another.
