No obvious red flags there. Standard troubleshooting:

Go to Nvidia and get a new driver. Make sure to choose the Studio driver, not the Game Ready driver.

When you install, choose custom and check "Clean Install" to remove all traces of the old driver.

Uncheck GeForce Experience and HyperX or whatever these gaming extensions are called. If you have them installed, uninstall them. You only need the base driver.
