Stuck on hand tool after using shortcut

After update photoshop to version 24.5.0 on Windows 10 22H2 (19045.3031) when using shortcut for hand tool (spacebar), photoshop gets stucket in hand tool upon releasing shortcut (spacebar), despite that any other tool is selected (marquee, move, lasso, etc, ...)
