Stutter while zooming in

My Photoshop 2020 has started stuttering when i zoom in to a project. When totaly zoomed out nothing is wrong but when i get to the more details it starts. Have never experiënced it before in this same document.

I have the same problem. Everything was fine and normal, until suddenly using the scroll wheel to zoom in and out the image jitters and flashes different sized versions quickly before going to the correct zoom. The whole thing happens for just a few frames. Windows 10.

How are you zooming Shortcuts, Mouse wheel, Touch, zoom tool? I can no reproduce you problem on My Windows 10 Pro 2004 Photoshop 21.2 with the various way I tried zooming. Pen Mouse keyboard all worker well except for Wacom touch pinch zooming which I do not use not a fan of touch gestures myself.
