stylus no longer working while page is rotated

I have a stylus based computer.  I've used photoshop for a long time now.  For some reason now when I rotate the page (usually by using my two fingers and rotating) I can no longer draw with the stylus.  it just moves the page around.  it works with my mouse, but not my stylus.  I've tested and other programs work correctly.

any ideas on how to fix it???

See Brush moves the Canvas - Surface Pen Especially if this started recently.

It seems a Windows update has been causing this problem.

Is it a stylus or a pen.  With a Stylus you use your Display touch support.  Pen have buttons and use your systems digitizer for position. Photoshop does not support drawing with touch screen support.  You can draw with touch pad devices for the pad has buttons and works like a mouse with left and right click buttons.    Touch screens lack left and right click buttons. You can not position the brush then click start painting like you can with a mice and pens.

I sound like you have a Pen and cough off guard by Microsoft INK change.  There is a Registry update you can bake to prevent Microsoft INK support to its previous behavior.
