Sudden change in opacity when moving layers

Hello everyone,

So, I finally updated to PS 22.5.0 (before I was still using PS 21.0 something) and then I got this weird behavior. Basically if I have layers in a folder, and I reduce the opacity of the folder and I move several layers at once, there's a sudden change in opacity.

Then, when I move just one layer, to opacity goes back to what it should be. This behavior is quite annoying.

Does anyone know why it's happening and if there's a fix? I tried searching online and I could find nothing.
