Suddenly unable to render video.
Hi,
So, after rendering a video (mp4) in Photoshop via Export > Render Video, it worked fine. A few minutes later, I went onto the next one but now all that happens is that I get the rotating dots waiting/working icon forever until I press Esc (I'm on Windows 11).
After searching past posts on the topic, I've tried basically everything suggested. Bridge isn't open. It's not even installed.
I've tried the nuclear option of uninstalling everything, including preferences, running Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool on everything and re-installing.
My assumption is that it's an issue with Adobe Media Encoder, as rendering to an image sequence works fine. I don't have the full, standalone version of AME, so installing/re-installing that isn't a viable solution.
When I poked around my appdata folders I found an error log in the Adobe Media Encoder folder which read as follows:

I have no idea if that's relevant or not.
I should point out that this function has worked with no issues for the past year and it just broke out of nowhere today.
Thanks in advance for any insights anybody may have.
Photoshop version: 25.4.0 (No plugins installed) on Windows 11.
