Surface Pro Tilt in Photoshop

I have a brand new Microsoft Surface Pro with the new Surface Pen.  Tilt and pressure support work fine in other supported apps.

Pen pressure works fine in Photoshop CC, however tilt support doesn't seem to be working.  I am using a brush and I have enabled the pen pressure option.  Is there something else I need to be doing for tilt support?
