Suscripción entorpece flujo de trabajo

Hola muy buenas. Escribo aqui por la siguiente inquietud.
Aparece mi suscripcion como de prueba y finalizada y he pagado en termnino mi plan de adobe.
Me gustaria solucionar este problema, ya que entorpece mi flujo trabajo y desempeño en mis tareas.
