Symptoms of no mouse click entering when using Scrubby Zoom.

I use a translator to write, so the content may not be natural. Sorry.

While using Photoshop, when using ctrl+space+left click+drag for zoom, the digitizer pen was clearly touching the board (the same thing happened when using mouse as well as the digitizer pen)

I checked that the zoom icon changed by entering ctrl+space and tried to click and drag, but only the cursor moves and the zoom function does not work irregularly

I used a previous version using Creative Cloud, but I developed the same symptoms.

However, there was no problem with the Photoshop in 2019, which was previously used.

I want to use the latest version, but small problems are making it difficult to use

I'm using windows 10 x 64, 32gb memory, and GTX 1070

I installed the latest version of the WACOM driver

NVIDIA studio has been installed in the latest version

I set memory usgae 80%

Symptoms occurred regardless of activation of Deactive Native Canvas, Enable Native Canvas Rulers, and Older GPU mode (pre 2016)

May I know if there is a solution to this symptom?
