System requirements for Lightroom

Hi everyone. I need a new laptop for Lightroom. Is it enough these specifications;

 

AMD Ryzen™ 7 5700U

Base clock: 1.8ghz

Max. Boost Clock: Up to 4.3GHz
 
and 16gb ram?

It's best to go for the recommended rather that the minimum

Thank you for answer. I check that list but i need to be sure about the processor. It is reccomended 2.0Ghz but is it base clock value or max boost clock value?
