Tablet pen causing canvas to shift violently when zoomed in.

I'm using CC2015 with a Wacom Inutos CTL-480. When the canvas is fully visible in the workspace, the brush tool works absolutely fine, pressure sensitive and all. However, when I zoom into the canvas, (to the point where sliders appear at the sides to scroll across the canvas,) using the pen tool causes the canvas to shift all the way to the right, left or top and bottom, until only the edge of the canvas is visible.

EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED. Here is the solution that was posted in another forum. This problem is caused by an update. 1.Open command Prompt in start menu 2.Paste this - reg add HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pen /v LegacyPenInteractionModel /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f 3.Press enter 4.Done (basically this will disable pen features that were set in Windows Fall Update ,which causes the whole issue in the first place.
