Tech issue / Bug - Photoshop 2021

Hi - when I import pics to my Photoshop 2021 software, I can't seee the image initially- I get a dark screen - and then the pic starts flashing. Any ideas? I can't see the image properly in order to edit it.

Assuming you have the correct system specs, In Photoshop Preferences (now called Settings), under the Performance tab, try unticking Use Graphics Processor then closing and reopening the application.

You might want to try and also update your graphic card drivers. It could potentially fix the problem and allow you to still have "Use Graphics Processor" ticked...
