Text and pattern fill looks aliased/pixelated unless on specific zoom levels

With the 21.2.0 update unless the zoom level is 12.5/25/50/100/etc text layers or layers with pattern fill, the content looks to be aliased/pixelated.  This didn't occur previously.  I've tried turning on/off gpu support and legacy compositing.

As an aside, and this has been like this for a number of revisions now... holding the Z key and right clicking the blue highlight jumps all over the menu.  You can still select the zoom level you want but the blue highlight is not on the zoom level the cursor is over (and still jumping all over the menu).
