Text appearing incomplete/missing while typing in PS7

Yes, I'm still using PS7 because I can't afford the current versions, so please.... no negativity or judgements about still using PS7. Thanks.

I'm running Win7 Pro, and I've had the following ongoing issue. While typing text in PS7, parts of letters and text in general will not appear as I'm typing, some of it will appear incomplete or missing until I click on the line(s) of text I've just typed and it all appears as it should. I thought it could be due to not enough RAM, so just updated from 4gb to 8gb and it's still doing the same thing. At this point I'm thinking this is most likely more of a graphics card issue than anything. I'm using an EVGA nvidia GEFORCE GT 610 video card with 2gb memory. Strange thing is, the video card I had prior to this one wasn't as good, but I don't recall having this problem. Any thoughts/ideas appreciated.

    Correct answer IrishDC

Yes, that's the correct current driver for the GT 610, but because of what I went through with a previous so-called 'current' NVIDIA driver, I'm just gunshy about their new drivers and don't want to go through that again. I'm now searching for a non-NVIDIA card. I also need to update Photoshop when I can afford it. Who knows, this could be an issue with the old PS7 running on Win7 Pro. In any case, thanks so much for your input. The Adobe forums have always been extremely helpful.

UPDATE. After mentioning it in my previous post, my gut feeling was telling me this problem was most likely running the old PS7 32 bit on Win 7 Pro 64 bit, so bit the bullet and got a newer version of Photoshop, and sure enough...problem solved with no more text issues. Video card wasn't the problem and all is well now.

Thanks JJ. I checked out the link and don't see the GT 610 listed as supported with that driver under "GeForce 6 Series", so isn't the correct driver. The GT 610 is found under GeForce 600 Series. I tried what was supposed to be a 'current' driver for the GT 610, 64 bit Windows about a month ago and didn't work. System wouldn't boot into Windows and had a heck of a time uninstalling via safe mode, then re-installing the driver that came with the card on CD. While doing some searching, I read later that NVIDIA is having driver issues and now I'm gunshy regarding NVIDIA's new drivers. I'm considering getting a completely different card...possibly Radeon which I was using years ago when it was ATI.
